ei77 Terms and Conditions

ei77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ei77 website, mobile platform and all associated services.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific terms that must be read before claiming;
• Bonus balance and deposit balance are calculated separately;
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus — wagering requirements must be met first;
• Once a promotional offer has been claimed, the same offer cannot be claimed again;
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is strictly prohibited;
• Unused bonus balance will be cancelled when the bonus expires.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is the amount that must be placed as bets before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means a total of ৳10,000 must be bet for a ৳1,000 bonus. Different games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement.

5.4 VIP Program

The ei77 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Consistency of play and activity are considered for moving to a higher level. Weekly cashback can be up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. VIP benefits are subject to change and ei77 reserves the right to change them without notice.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

ei77 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bet, particularly when:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error;
• An event is cancelled or postponed;
• There is suspicion of bet fraud;
• There is an obvious error in the odds or game parameters.

6.2 Match Fixing and Misconduct

Match fixing, use of insider information, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Game Results

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for specific events or games. These limits are displayed in the game interface or on the relevant page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ei77:

• Operating an account under another person's identity;

• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers ("bonus hunting");

ei77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms;
• In the event of failure to provide verification documents;
• In the event of suspicion of fraud or dishonest conduct;
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any pending winnings or balance before closing your account.
